If you require a Veeam Backup for Salesforce license, you can request a custom quote through the Portal.

Please note, you can request a Veeam Backup for Salesforce license without having an EO Backup for Salesforce service.

1. Go to the Salesforce Backup Licenses page in Portal
2. Click Request a quote
   
3. Complete the request form as follows:
   • Environment name: This will be the name used to identify your Salesforce License.
   • Contract length: This determines the expiry date of your Salesforce Backup license.
   • Users: This is the maximum number of users that the license will cover.
4. Once you have confirmed the form details, click Submit.
5. A ticket will be created for your request that will be looked at by a member of staff. You will be able to see the progress on the Tickets page.
