How to set Microsoft 365 organisation tenant password

You will need to set a tenant password if you plan on using the Veeam Explorers to browse and restore your backups.

The following steps will set the tenant password for your Microsoft 365 Organisation:

1. 1. Go to the EO Backup for Microsoft 365 page on the Portal.
      • If not already authenticated, please sign in.
   2. Click the organisation card you wish to set the tenant password for.
   3. Press Set password under the Restore card and complete the form.

4. Complete the new password form. A tenant password has been set for the chosen organisation.

How to reset Microsoft 365 organisation tenant password

The following steps will reset the tenant password for your Microsoft 365 Organisation

1. Go to the EO Backup for Microsoft 365 on the Portal.
   • If not already authenticated, please sign in.
2. Click the card of the organisation you wish to reset the tenant password.
3. Click Reset password under the Restore card.
4. Complete the reset password form. The password has been reset for the chosen organisation.
